Open Houses
Open Houses will be scheduled at your convenience to maximize exposure of your home. Following each Open House, you will receive a report of the day's activities.
Offer Presentations
I will present all offers to you within 24 hours of receiving them. While there will likely be more than one offer at a time, I will work diligently to guide you through the relative merits of each offer and help you to make the decision that is right for you.
Negotiations
Oftentimes, you will engage in negotiations with one of your potential buyers, before a price is agreed upon. I will lead you through this process to ensure you get the price that is best for you.
Mortgage and Escrow
Close
At close of escrow, I will work with you to make the transfer of residence as simple and convenient as possible
